For those "FIFTY-PLUS", the decision to move can be for a variety of reasons, unlike previous times where accomodating a home to fit family needs was paramount. Where it used to be enough rooms to accomodate the kids, close proximity to schools, easy commute for work, times have changed! The main concern now might be the burden and cost of maintaining a home that has too many rooms and too large of a yard. Commuting to the airport to access the vacation property "Down South" or to visit the kids "Back East" might be the bigger concern.
