This relationship is legally defined as BUYER AGENCY. The professional services include sourcing, viewing, query, offer and negotiation of the home you purchase.
As your Buyer Agent, I represent you – and my loyalty involves only your interests in the process. I protect your position, confidentiality and negotiation. I exercise reasonable care and skill in the preparation of offers, assure your confidence at such a time that subject conditions are removed from the contract, account for all monies and property throughout the transaction.
I am involved from start to finish – right down to the transfer of keys on moving day!
My fee is paid out of the proceeds of the purchase, after the sale completes. This is done by way of the sellers listing agreement, and is usually a percentage of the selling price. There is no added cost to you.
