I just can't begin to say how much I appreciate Sally Weatherley from Exit Stage Right in North Vancouver and her amazing colleague Wendy for coming out to Ladner to help me with marketing #317 - 4955 River Road in SHOREWALK... These ladies are typically staging million dollar plus properties - and yet they made time to take on a small job - with excellence, enthusiasm and expertise! Done in a DAY!
I have had the property listed since January - the tenant moved out and left a cold, barren space for me to try and get people excited about! Shorewalk is a beautiful complex in historic Ladner Village. Just 71 units, it's right on the harbour on the waterfront.
We had a breif meeting - and I explained the typical demographic of buyer for the building - we came up with a theme - Nautical and Neutral - and then they went to work.
